Photo / Media Release (optional)

Effective Date: June 2026

This Photo and Media Release is voluntary. It applies to in-person and online programs provided by Zhivaya Rech (“Живая речь,” “the Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Granting it is optional, and declining it will not affect your child’s ability to enroll in or attend our programs.

Permission granted

By accepting this Release, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled and that I have the legal authority to grant this Release on the child’s behalf. I give the Studio permission to photograph, film, and record my child during classes, activities, and events, and to use my child’s image, likeness, and voice in the resulting photographs, video, and audio (the “Media”).

How the Media may be used

I understand the Media may be used by the Studio for purposes such as marketing, advertising, the Studio’s website, social media, newsletters, and printed promotional materials. The Media may appear in print and digital formats and on third-party platforms (such as social media services), subject to those platforms’ own terms.

No compensation

I understand that no payment or compensation is or will be due to me or my child for the Media or its use, and that the Studio owns the Media it creates.

What we will not do

The Studio will not publish a child’s full name alongside their image without separate permission, and will not knowingly use the Media in any way that is defamatory or that would reasonably be considered harmful to the child.

Withdrawing permission

I may withdraw this permission at any time by writing to info@zhivayarech.com. Withdrawal applies to future use: the Studio will stop using the Media going forward within a reasonable time, but cannot recall or remove Media that has already been printed, distributed, or published by third parties before the withdrawal.

Governing law

This Release is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box, I acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child, that I have read and understood this Release, and that I voluntarily grant the permissions described above on the child’s behalf. My acceptance is recorded electronically, with the date and time, and is associated with my account.
