Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to enrollments and payments for programs provided by Zhivaya Rech (“Живая речь,” “the Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It is part of our Terms of Service.
Cancellations by the Studio
If we cancel a class or session, or close a group that does not meet minimum enrollment, you will receive a full refund for the affected sessions, or, if you prefer, an account credit toward a future program.
Cancellations by you — single-payment courses
- At least 7 days before the first session: full refund of fees paid.
- Less than 7 days before the first session: no refund, but you may request a one-time transfer to a future session, subject to availability.
- After the program has started: fees are non-refundable. At our discretion, we may issue an account credit for documented medical reasons.
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. The current billing period is non-refundable unless required by law.
Missed sessions
Sessions you miss are non-refundable. Where possible, we may offer a make-up session subject to availability, at our discretion.
How to request a refund or credit
Email us at info@zhivayarech.com from the email associated with your account, including your name, the child’s name, and the course. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, typically within 10 business days. Refunds for payments made by manual methods are issued by the same method and follow the same rules above.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment applies to that enrollment.
